Lux Move Chauffeurs is committed to making both our website and our chauffeur service accessible to as wide an audience as practical. This statement describes what we have done, what we know is limited, and how to reach us if something isn't working.
The Lux Move website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice this means:

Call 1800 848 933, 24 hours. We will take your booking by phone, read back the details, and send a written confirmation by SMS or email. There is no surcharge for booking by phone.
