Is the fare really fixed?

Yes. Every transfer is fixed-fare, confirmed before pickup. No surge pricing, no hidden fees.

What vehicle do you use?

Our primary vehicle is the Lexus RX350 SUV. We also have BMW, Mercedes and 7-seater options through our vetted driver network.

Do you track my flight?

Yes — every airport pickup adjusts in real time based on actual arrival.

How do I pay?

Credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer, or corporate account billing. Card details secured through Stripe.

Do you do 24/7?

Yes. Airport transfers, cruise transfers and regional transfers are all available 24/7.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes — parents regularly book airport pickups for international students, and businesses book for staff and clients. Just give us the passenger's phone and flight details.

What areas do you cover?

All of Sydney (80+ suburb pages), plus regional NSW — Newcastle, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Canberra, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley.

Are you BSP licensed?

Yes — Lux Move Chauffeurs is a BSP Licensed Booking Service Provider. Full insurance, full accountability.

Is it cheaper than Uber?

At peak times with surge, almost always yes. Off-peak, comparable — but with a Lexus SUV, a proper driver, and fixed pricing.

Do you have child seats?

Yes — child seats included free. Just tell us at booking time.

What about luggage?

The Lexus RX350 fits 4 large suitcases plus cabin bags. For groups with more, we send a 7-seater.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 24 hours out: full refund. Within 24 hours: 50%. Within 2 hours: full charge.
