Yes. Lux Move Chauffeurs provides fixed-fare pricing confirmed in writing before you travel. There is no surge pricing and tolls are included.

Do you track flights?

Yes. Flight tracking is included for all airport pickups when flight details are provided. Your driver's pickup adjusts in real time if your flight is delayed.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Child and baby seats are available on request at no additional charge.

Do you service cruise terminals?

Yes. We provide private chauffeur transfers to and from White Bay Cruise Terminal and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay.

Can I book long-distance transfers?

Yes. We offer fixed-fare private transfers to Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, the Blue Mountains and other NSW destinations.

Is the $89 fare really fixed? No surge, no surprises?

Yes. Your fare is confirmed in writing before you travel and never changes. Public holidays, cruise mornings, New Year's Eve, airport delays — none of it moves the number. Tolls are included. The only extras are optional add-ons you request (child seat, extra stop, late-night pickup).

How is this different from Uber Black or a taxi?

Lux Move is pre-booked private hire licensed under the NSW Booking Service Provider (BSP) framework. That means a named chauffeur assigned to you personally, a confirmed Lexus or Kia Carnival, a meet-and-greet at the airport, and full accountability through one phone number. Not a metered taxi. Not an algorithm.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track every inbound flight in real time. If your arrival shifts, your driver's pickup shifts — at no additional cost for delays up to 90 minutes after landing. No panicked calls from the carousel, no wait-time charges on the meter.

Which vehicles are in the fleet?

Lexus ES300h (sedan, 1–4 passengers), Lexus RX450h and RX350 (seven-seater SUV), and Kia Carnival (six to eight passengers, luggage-heavy). Every vehicle is 2023 or newer. Sydney's largest owned Lexus chauffeur fleet — 60% Lexus across the network, twenty-plus Lexus RX450h seven-seaters.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours we retain the $89 deposit only. Rescheduling is always free if we have capacity on the new slot — just reply to your confirmation email.
